Fees

Our professional fees will be based on time spent to complete the work.  As every individual client’s requirements vary, we usually indicate the fees at the start of every engagement before commencing the actual work.  Very rarely we have to add additional fees to cover our additional time due to client delays in providing the missing information or if there are any gaps in the input provided by client which requires additional work not part of the initial scope of our work.  We always try to notify any relevant additional fees as soon as this becomes available.

Fixed Fee Arrangements for Smaller Businesses

Many people wish to work through a limited company as they wish to have the protection of a limited company and also to take advantage of the tax benefits of working this way. We have many years experience in dealing with small limited companies and personal service companies.  If you are looking for an accountancy service for your business then we have the solution for you. We can make the administration of the company an easy process leaving you time to do what you do best and still give you time to relax and enjoy yourself without having to worry about the paperwork.

We have 3 levels of service at a fixed fee for companies with 5 or less employees, including directors. As every client is different, we can tailor our services to your individual requirements.  Please ask for a quote for the fixed fee.  In general, we operate the following options:

Basic Option

  • Bookkeeping
  • Preparation and filing of quarterly VAT returns
  • Annual financial statements prepared in a timely manner. The draft statements are discussed with you before sign-off and filing
  • Corporation tax return prepared and submitted electronically to HMRC
  • The company’s annual return prepared and submitted each year (additional filing fee to be paid separately)
  • Advice on the best remuneration package to legally minimise the tax payable
  • Unlimited telephone and e-mail support (fair use restrictions apply)

Pro-Basic Option

  • All of the services included as part of the Basic Option PLUS:
  • Your personal tax return prepared and submitted electronically to HMRC each year
  • Company formation and setup included
  • Payroll prepared monthly – auto enrolment compliant. All AE letters etc. included

Platinum Option

  • All of the services included as part of the Pro-Basic Option PLUS:
  • Registered office service.
  • Quarterly management accounts
  • Cash-Flow Forecasts
  • Annual business review

These plans are based on default service needs. Individual requirement will be identified and quoted after our initial consultation.  Our fee is to be paid by direct debit or monthly standing order. Individual plans can be tailored to your needs if requested and we can also arrange similar plans for sole traders and partnerships.
